Scuba fabric is a double knit usually made of polyester mixed with spandex that has very smooth texture, a fine gauge thread and a slightly elastic feel on it.  It is 94% Polyester and 6% Spandex that has a luxuriously rich feeling. It can cut easily and has a warm, sturdy form which will not need to add a lining while creating warmer outfits.
