International Order

Fabrics USA ship all over the world. We utilize FedEx and UPS for all our international shipping purpose. Shipping cost to different country based on fabric weigh, shipping method and the destination country or location. While placing order our online site will provide estimated shipping cost to submit the order.

Please note we also utilize the third party shipping currier to get lower shipping cost for our customer. In this case we request you to contact us or email us at [email protected] with total quantity of the fabric and full shipping address and we are committed to respond your inquiry within very short period of time.

Payment issue:

We accept all major credit card (visa, master card, discover, American express) and PayPal. Please note, for all international order paid by credit card our sales department will contact with you by phone or email before process of your order. So we request you to provide best contact number. Payment paid by PayPal account we do not need any further verification to process your order. FUSA request you to provide correct shipping address to process your order faster.

International Order return/exchange policy:

Fabrics USA requests you to contact at [email protected] with order number after receive the package within 7 days if there is any issue with order. Please note our all product are new and intake, while process order we take very strict care to check the fabric color and quality to make sure we are sending same product that you have ordered.

FUSA does not have return and refund policy for international order unless we send incorrect or damage fabric. We do have return and exchange policy and buyer will be responsible for all shipping and duties/taxes.

Please note we ship fabric around the world but we reserve the right to refuse ship to any foreign country or set of laws that is prohibitive for business matter. In a situation if an incorrect or damage fabric is ship only fabric cost will be refundable excluding all shipping and duties/taxes.

While return and exchange process authorization is required and we cannot accept any return and exchange if fabric is:

  • Damage, cut, or altered
  • Clearance & sale items
  • Fabrics less than 5 yards.

Please note: we are unable to accept return and exchange after 3 days from the date you received the order.
